Description
•Support the overall Marketing and Communications/PR team in the development, execution and management of all marketing and press efforts. •Manage timelines, creative materials, meeting agendas, meeting recaps and maintain calendars. •Support team in the project management of marketing campaigns and initiatives. •Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to provide necessary materials.
Requirements
•~2 years of experience in the entertainment industry as a marketing assistant or coordinator •Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail •Strong project management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment •Highly resourceful; requires someone who can take initiative with minimal direction •Must possess solid computer, writing and technical skills; working knowledge of Google Suite •Must be willing to work in-office (2-3 days per week)
Benefits
•Salary range: $65,000-$80,000 •Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company) •Benefits, FSA, 401k
