• Oversee and steward the Woolf University brand and voice. • Lead and mentor a small but growing marketing team. • Create and execute a data-driven B2B marketing strategy focused on demand generation. • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Work closely with the sales team and a graphic designer to create effective sales enablement materials. • Oversee A/B testing, user segmentation, and the optimization of all campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B start up role, ideally within SaaS or tech companies • Proven experience in building and scaling a start up marketing team • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, including demand generation and account-based strategies • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce) • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Data-driven decision-maker with a strong analytical mindset • Experience in agile marketing environments, focused on continuous improvement • Proven track record in driving marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results • Excellent communication and project management skills • Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
