Description
• Support documentation team in enhancing toolchain and process • Assist in creating clear and informative content educating users on features and functionality • Collaborate with engineers and product managers for technical reviews • Provide feedback on existing documentation • Contribute to style and process guidelines for documentation creation • Perform data analysis and data engineering tasks
Requirements
• Pursuing a degree in technical writing, computer science, data engineering, or a related field. • Familiarity with Markdown, JSON, text editors, and source code repositories (experience with GitHub preferred). • Familiarity with Chatbots or Natural Language Processing is preferred. • Strong ability to write clear and effective technical content tailored for developer audiences. • Able to work independently and cross-functionally, with the capacity to quickly learn new skills. • Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Knowledge of technical writing standards and familiarity with common style guides. • Familiarity with the command line is a plus. • Experience and expertise in SEO is a plus.
