• Responsible for the smooth operation of all CGRS’s program areas through supporting financial management • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations • Work closely with executive team, program directors, and external stakeholders to ensure financial stability and transparency • Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial systems
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in non-profit financial management • Strong preference for candidates with background in immigrant rights or legal services organizations • Strong command of non-profit financial management and fiscal controls systems • Competence in a range of software tools including budgeting and online accounting systems • Ability to balance, priorities and follow through on tasks for multiple projects in a timely manner • Strong work ethic, evidence of excellent judgement, attention to detail, and demonstrable personal integrity • Ability to work independently and within a team • Commitment to protecting and promoting the human rights of refugees
