The Center for WorkLife Law (WLL) focuses, at any given time, on a few projects that hold the promise of producing meaningful social or institutional change within a three to five year timeframe$1. .$1

• Observe students taking examinations and maintain security and integrity of the examination process • Attend mandatory training sessions prior to each examination period • Check approved materials prior to going into each exam • Handle check-in process for all students prior to entry into the examination room • Communicate examination instructions to students in a clear and professional manner • Monitor students throughout exams to ensure a secure testing environment • Track exam time and provide end of exam time-limit warnings to students • Complete Proctor Report at the conclusion of the exams
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and procedures and apply them • Ability to stand and walk around a room at intervals • Ability to navigate stairs and multi-level classrooms • Ability to lift and carry exam materials that may weigh up to twenty (20) pounds or push a cart • Ability to enunciate, speak clearly, and project in front of a group of people • Prior experience with diverse populations in an academic environment preferred • Exam proctoring experience a plus • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to read clearly out loud
• Proctors will be compensated for mandatory training sessions prior to each examination period
