Description
• Responsible for developing and executing community engagement and advocacy strategies targeting developers, users, and partners • Leverage events and relevant channels to drive results • Work cross-functionally to support and grow the global Worldcoin community
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3-5+ years of experience in a web3/crypto community role • Exceptional event planning, communication, organization and community building skills • Above average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail • Experience in social media content creation and strategy development • Able and excited to travel internationally on a regular basis • Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc. • Ability to work, either remotely or in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment • Strong project management skills • Passion for innovation and continuous learning • An understanding of the Worldcoin project and its mission
