Description

• Lead programs to help actualize our strategy for winning in the Film & TV segment. • Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers (internal and external!) to discover and creatively solve problems. • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation to management, and make thoughtful tradeoffs. • Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and product for technical solutions and deliver detailed product requirements. • Identify key technical dependencies and coordinate work across teams. • Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of strong program management experience. • A successful track record of leading large technically ambiguous programs. • Ability to balance the business and customer needs versus technical constraints. • Maturity, high judgment, ability to earn trust with those around you, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. • Comfort with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help create clarity for the organization. • Experience diving deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas. • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and advocate effectively for customers. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
