Description
• Provide Test / QA coverage for web and mobile applications, APIs, data pipelines, security, and more. • Write test plans and test scripts for various use case workflows, feature and regression testing. • Execute tests and report bugs during development phase and routine regression/exploratory testing. • Review .yaml configurations for potential issues, execute pre-testing, participate in UAT calls, and review AWS logs. • Work with Product and Engineering teams to define and document acceptance criteria. • Make a real, positive difference in people's lives through your work. • Other interesting tasks as needed.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience • Thorough understanding of quality and testing principles, techniques, and protocols • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working hands on with customers • Hands-on experience with testing browser-based web applications and RESTful APIs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to work under pressure • Ability to work independently to investigate and troubleshoot bugs • Experience with 3rd party EMR systems like Epic and Cerner is a big plus! • An interest or previous experience in the healthcare industry. • Experience with AWS toolset (specifically Cloudwatch) • Experience with JIRA or a similar tool • Experience with Mongo DB (data querying) • A desire to learn and expand in a small team.
