Description

•Define and articulate product vision for Xsolla Mall •Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and user groups •Prioritize and manage the product backlog •Collaborate closely with the development team •Champion the user experience in product development •Conduct competitive and market analysis •Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product •Provide guidance and support to the development team

Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field •5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a gaming tech or e-commerce environment •MUST have experience in the video game industry •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, and experience managing product backlogs •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused mindset •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels •Experience with user experience design and user research methodologies •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively •An Entrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible
