• The Reliability/Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. • Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for manufacturing equipment. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. • Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. • Monitor equipment performance and condition using predictive maintenance techniques. • Develop and maintain reliability metrics and KPIs to track and improve equipment performance. • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. • Design and implement process optimization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing principles. • Conduct time and motion studies to improve process flow and reduce cycle times. • Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process quality and consistency.
