Description
• Motivate the team to push the envelope, quality and sense of urgency • Excellent understanding of product development flow • Create and maintain a project plan for the development team • Manage the outsourcing of development activities at co-developers • System understanding of multiple projects (both hardware and software) happening around and act on dependencies
Requirements
• BS in Engineering Physics or a Master’s degree or higher in any Engineering field • 7+ years of relevant experience in design, project management, or a related field • Experience in managing projects encompassing electronics, firmware, and software • Proficiency in managing complex projects, including budgeting and risk management • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools • Knowledge on Wafer Inspection and Application is a bonus
