• Drive the Transfer Pricing policy at Group Finance level • Enjoy hybrid working from our beautiful Sydney CBD office • Reporting to the Group Senior Director of Taxation, this is a newly created role within our AU finance organization. • As a fast growing Australian headquartered fintech, we need a highly-motivated tax professional to #own the Transfer Pricing obligations and compliance reporting. • The role can either be full time or part time for someone with more experience looking for a flexible option. • Implement Country By Country Reporting and automate where possible.
• 10 years post graduate taxation related experience in both a chartered and multinational business environment • Significant experience with corporate income tax across compliance, provisioning and advice. This should be delivered in a multinational business setting. • Deep transfer pricing experience across multiple jurisdictions (including OECD framework and arm’s length principles). • Experience in implementing tax processes and projects, including transactions, systems and processes. • Strong knowledge of relevant jurisdictional corporate tax rules, regulations and relevant accounting rules. • CA / CPA / Master / Legal practicing certificate preferred • Strong ability to effectively evaluate tax risks and benefits and provide sound business advice • Ability to work with different stakeholders across the group and all levels of Finance, Management and Operational teams across AU, NZ & US jurisdictions and associated time zones. • Strong experience with tax software and skills to project manage implementation • Self-motivated, ability to take initiative and strong ability to follow up; • Organized and disciplined in approach and work;
