• Lead and motivate teams to improve processes and maximize efficiency • Manage programs of large scope through all phases of the product life cycle • Partner with various teams to define roadmaps and align timelines • Ensure product teams are sufficiently resourced to deliver on commitments • Build and implement communication plans to drive intended outcomes • Track, identify, and resolve program interdependencies, risks, and issues • Prepare and maintain program dashboards and communications
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs in SaaS based products • Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting • Proficient in metrics gathering and usage via Tableau and Pendo • B.S degree in Computer science or a related comparable field of study
