Description
• Lead and manage 4+ teams, each with at least 10 personnel • Oversee and manage all contract activities • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders • Monitor program execution, identify obstacles and deviations • Manage project resources, including staffing and training requirements • Create and deliver a range of documentation and visual materials • Generate monthly project status reports • Proficiently handle configuration management planning • Lead multiple teams supporting multiple applications • Develop and implement training materials
Requirements
• US Citizenship • Active or prior clearance at the Public Trust or above • IRS, Department of Treasury, or DHS ICE clearance preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Equivalent experience will be considered • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • 12+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment • 8+ years of project management experience within Agile software development • Demonstrated experience managing 4+ contractor teams, each consisting of at least 10 personnel, in support of Federal clients • Proficiency with requirements tools and tracking systems, specifically JIRA • Experience developing and managing program schedules using project management software • Extensive experience in Government contracting • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Experience in continuous risk assessment and management • Configuration management experience • Developing metrics and reports to track program execution and performance
