• 4+ years in active community management or a similar lead role in a community • Digitally native. You naturally build online communities on Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, etc. • Experience with community platforms & tooling • Experience developing and aligning community metrics to business objectives • Experience working with entrepreneurs, senior executives, industry leaders, and creators • Ability to work closely & collaboratively with many teams in a high paced environment • High EQ; able to build trust with the community • Experience communicating, both written and verbal, to senior leaders
