Description

• Support Grassroots Marketing and Publicity Director in grassroots, publicity and partnership efforts • Participate in brainstorm sessions to set grassroots strategy • Conduct extensive research to worldbuild and track in Google Suite docs • Steward relationships with specialty journalists and grassroots organizations • Create and maintain grassroots status reports • Manage grassroots, journalist, and creator contact lists • Keep a pulse on cultural conversations impacting film releases • Manage logistics for grassroots screening • Compile, track, and blast grassroots press breaks and reviews • Track screener links, DVDs, and DCP shipments • Track RSVPs for grassroots screenings • Administrative tasks for Director • Staffing events including special screenings and press days

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional work experience in Public Relations & Marketing • Excels in multitasking, communication, time management and strong organizational skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication for both internal and external partners • Highly skilled in managing multiple projects, reports, document • Reliable, communicative and proactive • Extreme attention to detail • Accountable and solution oriented • Personable, social, and enthusiastic • A love of films and a passion about Public Relations and Grassroots Campaigns • Culturally literate, engaged with a knack for research • Humble, diligent and resourceful
