Description
Drive quality assurance efforts across products, manage QA testers, and improve QA processes•Partner with VP of Product Engineering to define and execute QA strategy•Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA testers•Lead QA in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and automation•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and align QA efforts•Drive development of automation frameworks and tools•Establish and maintain QA processes, best practices, and metrics•Identify and prioritize quality issues for resolution•Advocate for quality throughout product development lifecycle
Requirements
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing QA teams•Strong experience with mobile application testing with Maestro, including both iOS and Android platforms•Expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and integration test automation•Ability to act with autonomy & self-direction while working well in a team environment•Willingness to pitch in wherever needed - as a fast-moving startup we need to do good work, quickly•Ability to think strategically and drive quality initiatives across the organization•Proficiency in Javascript for test automation•Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Appium, Selenium, or Espresso•Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following: accessibility testing, localization testing, or testing in regulated industries such as healthcare.
