Description
• Responsible for the execution of routine testing for CAR-T cell therapies. • Contribute to assay design and development for release and in-process testing. • Work closely with cross-functional team members and assist in efficient assay transfers. • Maintain cell cultures and generate/characterize new cell banks. • Maintain electronic lab notebook and participate in writing test methods, SOPs. • Assist in laboratory operations including equipment management and reagent inventory. • Assist in building result datasets for data visualization.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in immunology, cellular, molecular biology, or related life science field. • Master’s Degree with minimum 1 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience. • Hands-on experience in executing multicolor flow cytometry experiments. • Experience in a BSL-2 environment is strongly desired. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines. • Highly motivated, organized, and disciplined record keeping; strong attention to detail. • Prior experience in multi-color flow cytometry preferred. • Experience in cell therapy, cell-based assays, immunoassays, and ELISA assays is a plus.
