• Build new features in Connector Builder and Marketplace. • A few examples: Co-pilot-style LLM integration in connector builder, contributing PRs with changes to existing connectors from Builder UI, OAuth flow support from within Connector Builder, automatic manifest compatibility migrations when we roll out larger upgrades. • Empower the rest of the Marketplace team, community engineers, and Python sources team to use Builder to make our existing connectors great. • Work on making Connector Builder flexible and extensible yet secure. • Work closely with the community of engineers using Builder in and outside of Airbyte. Engage with the open source community via Slack, events, and GitHub issues and PRs. • Help shape our roadmap — spike and prototype projects, advocate for important initiatives. • Mentor other engineers. • Write high-leverage code.
