• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects • Drive integrated campaigns and adjust based on real-time needs • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including marketing, design, content, product, and sales • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders • Manage operating rhythm for cross-functional teams • Drive process improvement initiatives for project delivery • Define the plan and resources for localization initiatives • Partner with various stakeholders for launch processes • Manage the OKR planning process for marketing organization
• 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably within a marketing or tech SaaS environment • Experience with structuring large marketing initiatives across multiple disciplines • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Past experience leveraging Airtable is a huge plus • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity • A builder’s mindset - passion for establishing and refining systems • Excitement for operational excellence, automation, and attention to detail • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
