Requirements
• 7+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience. • Deep understanding of SaaS Sales organizations. • Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity well. • Partnership-oriented, building trust with candidates and teams. • Results-oriented with a strategic approach. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Team player who cares about organizational goals. • Insatiably curious and committed to continuous learning.
