Description
• Lead corporate structuring and finance efforts to support strategic objectives. • Manage equity and debt financing transactions to secure favorable terms and compliance. • Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales, procurement, and construction agreements, supporting our operational and supply chain needs. • Oversee global human resources and labor agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws. • Provide legal guidance on corporate finance and governance, contributing to risk management and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • 15+ years of legal experience. • Preference for candidates who have worked in manufacturing or similar sectors. • Strong background in handling equity and debt financings, sales, procurement, and construction agreements. • Significant experience in managing human resources and labor agreements globally. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams. • Experience in growth stage startup environments is highly valued. • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
