• Design and architect major product features leveraging the latest advancements in AI • Anticipate system bottlenecks and re-architect key system components • Lead product initiatives and prevent technical debt accumulation • Hold the codebase to a high standard and develop engineering processes • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of major technical initiatives in AI stack
Requirements
• 5+ years working on challenging software engineering problems • Extensive knowledge of distributed systems and navigating architectural trade-offs • Built and evolved systems to meet production SLAs • Comfortable with modern infrastructure stack • Willing to take projects to the finish line and mentor other engineers • Demonstrated ability to own execution of ideas • Passionate about leading an ambitious, mission-aligned team • Low-ego team player who values teamwork and support • Thrive in high complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity environments
