Description

• Act as the liaison between the Affiliate Partners and Americor teams • Ensure the quality of settlement letter uploads for accuracy • Maintain open lines of communication with the Affiliate Partners to keep them apprised of the status of the accounts that they are working on • Communicate with Affiliates via email, phone calls, and chat • Create tasks, maintain accurate notes in the CRM, and follow up on daily tasks as necessary • Meet deadlines on tasks and all position-related projects • Maintain professional relationships with internal departments and Affiliate Partners • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Debt resolution is required • High School diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Training experience is a plus • Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills required • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines and a strong understanding of the debt resolution process • Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly and effectively • Great attention to detail, with the ability to properly apply policies and procedures to various situations • Superior time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently
