• Lead the product business intelligence analytics team • Drive organizational change with data through product outcomes • Partner with internal stakeholders on key success measures • Create predictive models and deliver accurate reporting • Identify trends and concerns through audits • Champion the use of best practices in data analytics • Provide insights to drive company improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years experience or 7+ years equivalent experience • 3+ years experience in product analytics, including experimental design, measurement, reporting, causal inference, and tracking of key objectives • 2+ years experience with a data visualization tool; Tableau preferred • 1+ years of experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) is preferred • Intermediate proficiency using ETL/ELT tools (DBT, Visual Studio) • Advanced proficiency with SQL (DML, DDL, query optimization) • Intermediate proficiency with a statistical language; Python preferred • Proven ability to position oneself to advise and teach across a data organization • Strong background in product analytics.
