• Own customer engagements end-to-end • Convert inbound and outbound generated pipeline • Drive strategic deals in net new customers and large multi-site expansion opportunities • Travel to visit customers • Champion and embed Amper’s cultural principles • Travel for on-site prospect visits • Build relationships to close $30k+ deals • Build new content • Work remotely
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years in a MidMarket or Enterprise selling AE role • North American Mid-Market AE • Overachieving quota consistently • Ability to become a product expert • Learn about the ecosystem, competition, and macro trends • Executive presence • Storytelling skills • Interest in building relationships • Ability to close $30k-$100k deals remotely • Ability to build new content • Performance-based compensation
