Description

• The Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager is the critical business partner to the Marketing team for Marketing strategy, planning, data, & analytics. • Drive efficient GTM growth through analytics, data, and strategy • Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain the marketing strategy & integrated plan, aligned to achieve our GTM objectives. • Provide Marketing teams at all levels the data and insights needed to measure their business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS in an analytics position, preferably supporting Marketing. • Strong development skills in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent. • Experience aggregating and organizing data from multiple cloud-based data systems • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units. • Experience working with and creating databases in Snowflake and dashboards using CRMA, Tableau, or equivalent. • Robust problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously. • Impressive communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Google Suite. • Experience with PLG a plus
