Description

• As the Senior Director of Product Management for Growth, you will be the product leader for our growth team; and be the voice and thought leader for PLG across the entire product organization. • You will own execution and analytics behind product-led Activation, Engagement, Monetization and retention growth levers driving continued momentum and success for our self-serve business. • From understanding business problems to digging into user psychology and data to testing hypotheses - you will own an end-to-end growth process. • But growth is not just about the business outcomes, so we rely on you to evangelize a growth mindset across the entire company and with customers!

Requirements

• You think with frameworks across problems. • You can dive into detailed numbers and zoom out to strategy in the same thought. • You possess a growth mindset - seeing failure as a means to advance learning, leading to success. • You invest in understanding user psychology. • You are action-oriented and lead with influence. • You have existing PLG expertise to deliver strong product and business outcomes, with dynamically larger scope in scale and team development. • A deep understanding of sophisticated growth strategies and implementation with product adoption. • Navigate within a matrixed organization, working through and across multiple teams, functions, and structures. • Exceptional executive presence to influence others, from senior executives/C-staff to individual Growth practitioners.
