Description

• Manage product development end-to-end in an expanding neurodiagnostics portfolio. • Shape product vision and roadmap while engaging with R&D and sales teams. • Lead cross-functional efforts for product strategies and compliance in AI-driven medical devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, biological/clinical science, or engineering is required; MBA preferred. • A minimum of (7) years of experience in medical device/medical products marketing. • At least three (3) years of consulting experience is required, and device sales experience is a plus. • Strong background in AI and neurodiagnostics, particularly EEG technologies, and experience with AI-driven product development. • Extensive knowledge of regulatory processes, including FDA and global requirements for AI-driven medical devices. • Ability to develop global market strategies, adapting to diverse regulatory and competitive landscapes. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a strong empathy for the customer and a passion for storytelling. • Solid technical background with experience in medical device and software product development using agile methodologies. • Ability to work closely with design teams to create innovative and customer-centric solutions. • Proven ability to manage complex projects with many moving parts, delivering high-quality results on time. • Committed to upholding Ceribell’s Business Principles and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. • Capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is key to success. • Ability to travel up to 25%.
