Description
• Conducting Tech Calls for non-tech-savvy patients • Guiding patients through using Android tablet and verifying settings through Samsung Knox • Ensuring RPM devices are connected and transmitting accurate data • Assisting patients with joining Zoom meetings • Setting up equipment for the clinical team • Handling Tech On-Call duties • Collaborating with Engineering Team • Running queries and checking analytics on Azure's CosmosDB or Device Analytics • Supporting clinicians and patients with technical troubleshooting • Managing project tools (GitLab, AzureDevOps, spreadsheets, bug trackers, documents) • Presenting and taking notes on Technical meetings
Requirements
• Prior experience in a customer support role • Expertise in Android Tablets, Samsung Knox Suite, and Knox Manage • Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone • Familiarity with medical devices • Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred • Familiarity with issue tracking software and remote support tools • Understanding of technology systems, particularly Google Workspace • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Healthcare setting experience advantageous
