Description

• Support the execution and evolution of ESG and climate-related services for financial sector clients.

Requirements

• Support project and client managers in conducting primary and secondary research and analysis on sustainability and ESG practices, and emerging issues and trends in a variety of industry sectors utilizing a wide range of sources, including web searches, interviews and other methodologies • Work with financial sector and corporate clients to prioritize, evaluate and improve their ESG performance through strategic, programmatic and disclosure recommendations • Support investment firms in private markets by conducting ESG due diligence ahead of major investments and acquisitions. Support responsible investment initiatives by working with portfolio companies and ESG teams post-close to create value through sustainable performance • Deliver tasks on time and within budget and assist project managers to ensure that projects perform against targets and deadlines • Support senior colleagues in the development of work plans, schedules and budgets for the delivery of client projects and proposals • Draft reports and presentations that convey key messages to a variety of stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making • Support financial sector and corporate clients in gathering data and information and translating key sustainability messages into mediums for different target audiences (e.g., investor reporting frameworks, ESG rater and ranker platforms, customer surveys, employees, annual CSR/ESG reports etc.) • Work with financial sector and corporate clients to prioritize, evaluate and improve their ESG performance through strategic, programmatic and disclosure recommendations • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
