Description
• Manage the annual planning process including periodic reforecasts and multi-year strategic planning. • Provide month-end P&L updates, variance analysis, identification of emerging trends and risk and opportunities to forecast. • Drive performance and revenue growth through management of the company’s overall pricing strategy. • Identify all critical business opportunities, risks and initiatives and provide best practice financial analysis and insights to support decision making. • Oversee marketing spend, helping to drive efficiencies and transparency through periodic reviews and partnership with Marketing & Sales leaders • Partner with global finance team in roll out of new planning & reporting tool (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience • Spirits/Beverage Industry Experience is key • Bachelor's or Master's degree required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Energetic, self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
