• Responsible for developing and executing the global sales enablement strategy • Empowering the sales team to effectively sell Anthropic's AI products and drive revenue growth • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to create and deliver impactful enablement programs • Designing and implementing sales enablement content, tools, and resources • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization
• 5+ years of enablement, learning design, sales or consulting experience • Proven experience in sales enablement, with a track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies in a technology or AI-related field • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in solution selling and value-based messaging • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content • Proficiency in modern enablement tools and technologies, such as learning management systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or education
