• Support Ghost’s Account Managers with client service, including responding to requests for information, processing platform-based actions, reporting requested metrics • Work with operations team to track shipments’ arrival date to customers • Post transaction problem resolution, including investigating damages, shortages and chargebacks • Coordinate financing terms and order status with accounting • Work with accounting to ensure deposits, invoices are paid in a timely manner • Maintain effective internal and external relationships by using professional communication and efficient processes • A plus: manage data to ensure accuracy in client and financial records • A plus: work with logistics team to manage supply chain and shipments
