• Develop and maintain the V&V strategy for automotive systems • Collaborate with system development teams to understand system requirements and define appropriate verification and validation plans • Design, develop, and implement test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage • Utilize various testing methodologies and Applied’s tools to conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing in simulation and on-road • Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and work with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems • Document all V&V activities and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, particularly in areas such as ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, and vehicle control systems • Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and processes related to automotive systems • Experience with HIL and SIL testing environments • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams • Minimum of 5 years of experience in V&V testing in the automotive industry • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) and regulatory requirements
