Description

• Develop and cultivate relationships with self-funded employers and point solution healthcare providers • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities that allows you to beat your quota consistently • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closing • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing insight into how Arbital Health helps them make the shift to value-based care agreements • Work collaboratively with product, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams. You will establish yourself as a key voice for and in our market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Healthcare selling experience • Startup experience. You understand the pace and expectations of building a new business. • You are comfortable operating with autonomy amidst ambiguity, and are seeking to manage-up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship rather than daily management. • You are strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial • You are a strong communicator and a quick learner. You can articulate complex concepts clearly • You are organized and understand the importance of maintaining accurate data and value an analytical approach to your work. • You have a track record of exceeding sales goals.
