• Develop and optimize workflows for Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative and other projects. • Build a center of excellence for genetic perturbations. • Utilize high-throughput molecular biology techniques like qPCR, ddPCR. • Conduct mammalian cell culture and transfection-based experiments. • Leverage automation to optimize molecular biology workflows. • Organize materials and reagents with tracking in LIMS. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data. • Execute tasks with a focus on efficiency and reproducibility.
• BS/MS in Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Cellular Biology, or relevant fields. • 7+ years of relevant experience with BS or 5+ years with MS. Industry experience preferred. • Proficient skills in high throughput cloning, molecular biology, virus production, and mammalian cell engineering. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on performance factors.
