• Drive Sales: Aggressively pursue sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Contract Experience: 70% of the sales are targeted over $3,000, closing the deals should be met with proficiency. • Customer Engagement: Approach every customer interaction with confidence and enthusiasm. • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services. • Closing Deals: Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, sealing the deal with every customer. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions. • Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales or high-ticket retail sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A competitive spirit and a relentless drive to succeed. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Track record of selling Contracts and large "Paid in Full" items.
