Description
• Cable harness and test setup assembly, modifications, testing, and documentation. • Soldering and PCBA reworks; wires (00 AWG to 35 AWG), SMD chips (0201+), and ICs (QFN and BGA). • Test support including test preparation, execution, data collection, and documentation. • Assist in managing our inventory of equipment and consumables and guide proper use and selection. • Maintain a safe and organized lab environment and contribute to lab improvements.
Requirements
• Experience assembling, testing, and repairing PCBAs and cable harnesses. • Experience reading electrical schematics, circuit board files, BOMs, and engineering drawings. • Experience with EE lab equipment: soldering irons, digital multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc. • Experience with hardware tools: crimpers, wire strippers/cutters, torque drivers, calipers, power drills, etc.
