• Assembled is building software to transform and elevate customer support teams • Workforce management platform used by companies like Stripe, Etsy, and Robinhood • Raised $70m in funding • Founding Sales & Success Enablement hire • Develop, organize, and enhance enablement materials and processes • Design and implement onboarding curriculum for new hires • Develop ongoing educational programs • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and product teams • Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years of direct enablement experience in a B2B SaaS company • Proven track record of building systems and organizing documentation • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn • Nice to have: Direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer facing role, experience on an early-stage enablement team

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years of direct enablement experience in a B2B SaaS company • Proven track record of building systems and organizing documentation • Ability to develop training materials and conduct educational sessions • Experience working closely with product marketing, product development, and leadership teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn • Nice to have: Direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer facing role, experience on an early-stage enablement team
