• Your job is to find the biggest fire and help put it out. • Operations Managers are like the Lewis and Clark of Astranis. • You will initiate, design, and lead projects that are the first of their kind at Astranis. • You will develop systems and processes in real-time, ensuring that our rapid growth is matched by robust and scalable frameworks. • This is a very collaborative role, and you will work closely with various teams and leadership to identify gaps and strategically address them. • With freedom to shape your role, you’ll identify where the company needs you most.
Requirements
• 5+ years working in a role where you got to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and impactful results. • Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and adept at bringing order to chaos with strategic foresight. • Strong reasoning and analytical abilities, coupled with creative resourcefulness to solve complex problems. • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a mastery of managing multiple, often competing priorities. • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly, maintaining sharp focus to deliver on key objectives. • Strong communication skills, not just articulate but persuasive and capable of rallying teams behind your vision. • Available to work full-time in our San Francisco office, ready to be at the heart of operations where your influence will be felt strongest.
