• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 3+ years experience in strategy, program management, and/or operational execution • Proven ability to understand and operate within complex systems • Ability to communicate abstract information to different audiences
• Solve really hard strategic problems with clear framing, a deep understanding of the data, creative options • Design and operate end-to-end member experiences including all member touchpoints (mobile app, visits, etc) and surfaces (email, care team scripts, visual content, etc.) • Build infrastructure and scalable processes that allow us to operationalize new products and services to serve a rapidly scaling membership base • Work with cross functional teams of product managers, designers, doctors, 3rd party providers, and other operators to build truly world class experiences around our clinical programs • Challenge yourself working on a massive scope (many of our experiences could have been their own startup - we built our own telemedicine services, innovated the exam room experience, and created our own sensors and services for preventative care)
