• Lead front-end-of-line (FEOL) process integration efforts • Design and integrate novel process flows across all modules • Collaborate with engineers to design in-house fabrication equipment • Apply nanofabrication techniques to develop cutting-edge devices • Investigate and adopt new process techniques to enhance efficiency and product quality • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and optimize in-house semiconductor fabrication equipment
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field • Experience in front-end-of-line (FEOL) process integration • Strong understanding of Silicon CMOS process flow • In-depth familiarity with one or more process modules • Previous experience in nanofabrication techniques and working with nanoscale processes • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety standards • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills
