Description
• The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will guide customers through their journey. • Design and implement marketing strategies for customer engagement and retention. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels for optimizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. • Enhance CRM practices and manage lead nurturing processes.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on lifecycle or customer relationship marketing. • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that increase customer acquisition, retention, and growth. • Extensive experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders. • Proficient in project management, with a proven ability to lead projects to completion on time. • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, adept at understanding customer needs and market trends. • Innovative and creative, with the capacity to conceptualize and implement new marketing initiatives that drive brand engagement and loyalty. • Extensive experience working with enterprise-grade email automation systems and email lists of 1M+. • Experience building complex automation logic and knowledge of how to test sizable workflows effectively. • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working asynchronously. • Can provide examples of how campaigns you’ve managed have driven incremental revenue/growth. • Are a specialist in all things email marketing.
