Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth, with a strong preference for experience in high AOV, long consideration industries. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and driving sales and customer acquisition. • Strong data analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated team building and leadership experience, with a focus on fostering collaboration and motivating team members.

Operations and brand management experience is a plus, as it will aid in understanding the overall business processes and contributing to the company's growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee the delivery of products or services to other businesses. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth. • Develop and execute D2C marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
