• Build and nurture a cohesive sales team • Establish effective outbound and inbound sales channels • Test new outbound channels like cold calling • Oversee the entire sales process to ensure efficient and effective operations • Present regular updates to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities
• Experience in SaaS sales, particularly with products priced between $500-$10,000 per month • Experience in a marketplace is a plus • Strong B2B sales background • Passionate about closing deals and delivering results • Open-minded about various sales channels and strategies • Experience working in a startup or a fast-changing environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Data-driven decision-making ability • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing ARR
