• Participate in ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality or modules within Workday, focusing on Advanced Compensation. • Understand the importance of change management for transitioning to new technology and processes. • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving production support issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday and industry trends by participating in Workday Community and other forums. • Participate in Workday releases and drive appropriate adoption plans. • Maintain and update change documentation and training materials as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience, particularly with at least two end to end Advanced Compensation module deployments. • Strong understanding of Core HCM and Security. • Knowledge of Workday integrations with various systems and experience in troubleshooting Workday-related issues. • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and customizing reports within Workday. • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Proven ability to set delivery commitments and consistently meet expectations. • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment across different time zones. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. • Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent experience.
