Requirements
•4+ years of relevant People Partner or HRBP experience, with a total of 8+ years in HR roles, ideally in a startup and remote/hybrid work environment •High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and drive positive outcomes •Experience in driving cultural initiatives and achieving measurable engagement goals •Strong project management skills that balance strategic thinking with detail orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your approach based on the situation •Background in HR operations including (but not limited to) any of the following:benefits, compensation benchmarking analysis, compliance, employee relations, HR analytics, leave management, off-boarding, payroll management, policy creation
