• Participate in the month-end close, including general ledger reconciliations and posting of monthly journal entries • Responsible for accounts receivable process, which includes maintenance of customer accounts, monthly invoicing and daily cash receipts • Assist with A/P process. Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner • Manage priorities and issues where conflicts arise • Ad-hoc clerical requests
• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) Accounting or related field • 0-2 years Accounting or related field • Advanced knowledge of Excel required, preferably experience with pivot tables • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment • Excellent organizational and communication skills required, interacting well across difference function levels and personality types • Strong understanding of accounting theory/GAAP • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interpersonal and teamwork skills
