Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Behavioral and Mental Health Business Development/Sales and solution development. • Strong analytical skills & a track record of developing frameworks to prioritize complex opportunities and drive revenue growth. • Exceptional communicator & storyteller to drive adoption of innovative product offerings. • Exceptional organizational skills and senior-level relationship management skills. • Strong understanding of current trends & changes happening in healthcare & healthcare IT. • Exceptional ability to balance strategic approach with results-oriented deal-making. • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field. • Experience with high-growth companies a plus. • Ability to travel periodically for work.
